This is one of our most unique offerings - a couple of times a year we offer an intensive, residential art experience with our teacher at some exotic location.
This concentrated time with art & the teacher helps you to improve your art skill be leaps and bounds within a short period of time.

So far we have conducted these art retreats in Goa, Mahabaleshwar, Jaipur & the French Riviera.
ART CLASS
for ADULTS
Most art classes are designed for children like many other craft and skill building activities. Here is a rare class designed specifically for adults.
Our classes are designed to help students of all abilities - from beginners to intermediate level artist enthusiasts. In order to keep our students always interested we offer a new topic every month. We have multiple batches through the week which can be easily interchanged.
Keeping in mind the various limitations adults lives pose on their time and availability, our classes are flexible, reasonably timed and scheduled so as to make your art practice sustainable.
Calligraphy is a great skill to learn for all ages. I have students as young as 6, learning hand writing in Cursive, to 70 years old and beyond - and what they have in common is the appreciation for beautiful letters.

While it is true that most people consider even writing a redundant skill, it is nevertheless a much more satisfying endeavour than clacking away at a keyboard. A letter written with beautiful penmanship, is a treasure not just for the receiver but for all who come to posess it.
​
Calligraphy is one of those unique human skills that takes a functional aspect of life and turns it into a thing of beauty. It restores a sense of well-being when you learn & practice it, and thereafter a sense of astonishing achievement that you can revel in for perpetuity.

A TRAVEL ART JOURNAL is a personal chronicle of your travels through the pictures you make, the ephemera you collect and the stories you document.

A travel art journal is an incredible time capsule that holds together a lived experience seen from a personal point of view. It is no less important and interesting, and in time can become as significant as the celebrated chronicles of ancient travellers like Marco Polo, Madame Blavatsky, Charles Darwin or Fa Hien.

I have a comprehensive weekly class that helps you understand how to create illustrations for these journals so that the next time you travel you can be your own archive. A keepsake for generations to come.
